تحتفظ الشركة بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات التالية:

• عدم توافر المنتج.
• وجود خطأ في السعر أو بيانات المنتج.
• الاشتباه في عملية احتيال أو استخدام غير مصرح به لوسائل الدفع.
• عدم إمكانية التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد البيانات.
• الدفع الإلكتروني

يتيح الموقع الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال وسائل الدفع المعتمدة.

يلتزم العميل باستخدام وسيلة دفع قانونية ومملوكة له أو مخول له باستخدامها.

تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر مزودي خدمات دفع معتمدين وفق معايير الأمان المعمول بها.

لا تحتفظ TRADE POINT ببيانات بطاقات الدفع الخاصة بالعملاء.

الشحن والتسليم

يتم شحن الطلبات إلى العنوان الذي يحدده العميل أثناء عملية الشراء.

تختلف مدة التسليم حسب الموقع الجغرافي وتوافر المنتج وشركة الشحن.

لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

يجوز للعميل طلب إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري والشروط التالية:

• تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال الفترة القانونية المقررة.
• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
• إرفاق الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.
• لا يجوز إرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تعرضت للتلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
• في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مثبت، يحق للعميل الاستبدال أو الاسترداد وفقًا للسياسات المعمول بها.

استرداد المدفوعات

عند الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، يتم رد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في عملية الشراء خلال الفترة التي تحددها الجهة المالية أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والنصوص والصور والشعارات والتصميمات والعلامات التجارية المعروضة على الموقع هي ملكية حصرية لشركة TRADE POINT أو الجهات المرخصة لها.

يحظر نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
